Employee Digital Applications
As a Credit Card Manager, you can provide all employees at your financial institution the opportunity to apply for and enjoy an employee credit card, including those without CRC access, with Employee Digital Applications.
How it works
Using the button below:
- Generate and print a flyer that is unique to your financial institution.
- Distribute the flyer to employees that do not have CRC access to apply for your employee credit card products.
This flyer uses the same Self-Apply Application experience and functionality that your employees use with those they serve. But this flyer is specific to employee card offers and is only valid for employees without CRC access. Employees with CRC access should apply directly on the site to ensure accurate sales tracking.

Important: For the best user experience, please note the expiration date on the flyer. The codes on the flyer will expire the last day of each quarter (March, June, September, and December) and be replaced on the first business day of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).
Employee Communications
It is recommended that a general communication be included with any flyer or code distribution to provide appropriate context and direction. Here is an example:
As an employee of <financial institution name>, you have an opportunity to apply for one of our credit cards with two valuable extra benefits available only to our employees on select products:
- An extended 0% introductory rate duration
- The best available APR
The attached flyer provides and overview of your employee card products as well as codes so you can apply confidentially from your cell phone or computer. Please be advised that if you are an employee who has access to the Client Resource Center (our credit card servicing portal) you should apply directly from that site for sales tracking purposes
Please note the expiration date listed on the flyer. For security reasons, these codes will be updated on the first business day of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).
Take this opportunity to review the various card options available as they provide industry leading value, especially when combined with employee-only benefits.
Distribution Options
The flyer itself, or the URL and/or text code, can be distributed to employees in any manner preferred by your financial institution. Some examples might include:
- Email the flyer directly to employees
- Post the flyer on your intranet site
- Post your flyer in break rooms
- Include the flyer within your new hire onboarding process

The percentage of initiated products compared to the total products shared from the Self-Apply Hub application (Initiated / Products Shared).
